FiSS Tumoroid (FiSST) Discs

Features of FiSST:

  • Rapid development (2-3 days) of tumor spheroids

  • Tumoroids grow >500 µm in diameter

  • Tumoroids can be cultured up to 20 days

  • FiSST does not require trypsin to dislodge tumors

  • Tumoroid on FiSS do not arise from single cells

  • Tumoroids exhibit multicellular interactions

  • FiSS is an ideal screening platform for anti-cancer drug R&D

Validated Cell Lines:
All cancer cell lines can be tested including LLC1 (Lewis Lung carcinoma), B16  (mouse melanoma), BG1 (human ovarian carcinoma), MCF7 (human breast cancer), MDA-MB231 (human breast adenocarcinoma), PC3 (human prostate cancer).
